Galvanized sheet metal have good corrosion resistance and good looking appearance, and the production cost is not very high, so they are widely used in construction, light industry, agriculture and so on.

Product specifications of galvanized sheet metal

1. Zinc:60-180G/M2

2. Paint:20+/-5 microns on top side and 7+/-2 microns on back side

3. Coil weight and coil ID:3-7ton,508/610mm

4. Surface : regular spangle / big spangle/ small spangle

5.Thickness tolerance: +/-0.02mm

6.Width tolerance:+/0.02mm

There are 2 Techniques, one is hot-dipped galvanized, the other is Electrical galvanized. For hot dipped galvanized, the zinc layer of sheet metal is thicker, however, if the sheet is electrical galvanized, the zinc layer is thinner.
