Black is the color for carbon steel elbows. In the pipeline system, seamless elbows are more widely used than welded elbows. According to different materials or wall thickness, factory can use different forming process. They can be made with different angles, such as 30deg, 45deg,60deg,90deg, 180deg etc. According to different bend radius, there are LR elbow and SR elbow. We can manufacture elbows according to a lot of standards, for example ANSI B16.9. If the project need non-standard pipe elbows, providing drawings is available. After doing sand blast, these Pipe Fittings will be painted black color.  Butt weld end dimensions will comply with the standard ASME B16.25
